Our fees for property management

Our full management fee is 9% of the total rental income. This includes all the services you will need during the year, from finding tenants and collecting rent to managing repairs. We can sometimes offer you a reduced commission rate if you have more than one property that you let through us.

There is no VAT charged on top of that.

Deposit Registration – No Charge.
Overseeing works including upgrading a house to HMO and dealing with Brighton Council – No Charge.
Gas Safety Inspection and Service – £100.
Termination of agreement by landlord – 3 months commission.
